It was a very toxic work environment FILLED with drama. If you didnt put into the system that you weren't working, and instead cleaning, taking a 30/10, or just not having anything to do, your entire pay for that day would be really messed up and they wouldn't fix it even though they knew what happened. The workload gets distributed to the unlucky few who stay and try to show their dedication to the department and to the company. There is consistent turnover in the transportation department which only hinders those who stay. They abused my willingness to help and “be a team player”. They did not value me or what I brought to the team. The other ops specialist are great to work with.
