![]() ![]() Now, when you add a system to your cart it will “break apart” into an itemized form of the cameras, recorder, and cabling. Hey Shaun, All our systems do come with cables. Reply from Security Camera Warehouse Nov 9, 2015 And perhaps a little added information about security of your system (from hacking) on your website. SCW if you read these, please put some attention to your app(s). While it works, there's some error message I get that sometimes resolve themselves easily, and they function slightly differently on an iphone and ipad, which is ok, but it's like you LOSE some functionality on the ipad, which is rather odd. Their app has very little updating, and it kinda shows. This isn't a negative necessarily, but, it's always good to check the changelog of any app to see how often it's updated. ![]() ![]() The last piece I'll mention is the mobile app, it works totally fine for basic needs. I don't have mine all set up, so time will tell on all that, but I'm happy with what I've seen so far. From their marketing, they tout their products as superior to others due to the high end components, rigorous testing and ability for their NVR to take a higher bit rate from each camera. The time you save getting your network set up is well worth the extra 20% these guys charge for their system over the competitors. What you need to know, is this, buy from them. Either way, that's more than you need to know. Still it was $170 I wasn't aware I'd be spending on this package (I got CAT6 cables). To their immense credit, when I told them that, they apologized and were honest enough to tell me to buy them at a box store as they'll be cheaper than what they offer. You will need cables if you're building your own system. So I got it only to find I couldn't do anything, a simple oversight I'm sure, but I talked with a few reps in my buying process and not one mentioned that despite me making it clear I didn't have an existing system. but when I ordered, a package over $3k, I wasn't told they didn't come with cables for the 9 cameras I ordered. Why not 5 stars, I'd give 4.5 if I could. Knowledgeable staff - while I did have one rather unprofessional, but actually rather funny, incident, overall these guys are really helpful and know their product and are good at helping you hone in on your needs. All I had to do was configure my cameras as I liked it. They set up my ipad, iphone, computer, everything. They had my system set up to my network and remotely viewable in less than 20 minutes. Tech Support - in less than 3 minutes, you can usually get a tech person to help you. paid a little more to go with them, but it's very much worth it for these reasons. I did extensive research into mulitple companies and products. I want to start by saying that I would recommend you buy from them. Worth buying for their tech support alone ![]()
